“Madame Presidenta” premiered on March 8th at the Carnegie Museum of Art, on International Women’s Day and on television on WQED/PBS on March 29, 2014. From there the film has been touring the country, having had over a dozen screenings to date in Pennsylvania, New York, and Washington DC.
The film runs one-hour in length, lending itself to be presented with a post-film discussion.
Screening Fees are as follows:
$500 – provides you with a screening copy of the film; a study/discussion guide; and templates for press releases, flyers, and posters to promote your screening. This screening fee provides the host university/organization the right to offer the screening to audiences free of charge or to charge a ticket price and keep the revenues.
$1,500 – This includes all of the above and Heather Arnet, the filmmaker, will come to your campus/organization to engage in a pre or post-film Q&A with the audience, or give a more formal talk or presentation. She can also be available to speak with smaller groups of students in a classroom setting on the same day, with prior arrangement.
100% of revenues from the film go to support the Women and Girls Foundation, a non-profit organization focused on developing the female leaders of tomorrow, while advancing women’s rights today. To inquire about a screening please email firstname.lastname@example.org
