Amanda Munsch is Vice President and Senior Manager of Social Media at PNC Financial Services Group, one of the largest diversified financial services companies in the United States. At PNC, Amanda leads a team of digital content strategists and social media community managers who develop external messaging, build and protect PNC’s reputation, and bring to life the organization’s brand stories in the social media space.
Before joining PNC in 2017, Amanda was Team Leader of Demand Generation at Development Dimensions International (DDI). At DDI, Amanda led a team of digital marketers who utilized online marketing tactics to generate revenue growth and spearheaded the organization’s first employee and executive social media program.
Amanda has served on the board of the Ronald McDonald House’s Red Shoe Crew, mentored in Big Brothers Big Sisters of Beaver County, volunteered with the Americorps’ Amachi Program and served on the leadership team for PNC’s Women Connect employee business resource group.
Amanda received a bachelor of arts degree from Geneva College and earned an MBA with a focus in Management Information Systems from Point Park University.
