Arthur Pang is the Government Affairs Representative, PAC Administrator, and Compliance Manager for PPG Industries. At PPG Arthur manages public policy engagement, Federal, State, and International relationships with public officials. Prior to joining PPG Arthur worked for the Obama Administration at the U.S Department of State as the East Asia Pacific and South Central Asia Coordinator where he supervised public diplomacy projects at 77 U.S. posts in East Asia Pacific (EAP) and South & Central Asia (SCA) countries. Arthur also worked with the Bush Administration as an International Trade Specialist for the U.S. Department of Commerce where he engaged members of Congress toward promoting Free Trade Agreements with South Korea, Colombia, and Panama. At the U.S. Department of Commerce, Arthur worked with major trade associations. He briefed the Assistant Secretary on daily political, economic, and trade developments from inter-government resources and wrote policy reports based on research of international trade regulations, economic factors, and current U.S. position. Arthur was also proud to serve as the International Trade Specialist for the U.S. Embassy of China in Beijing, China. Arthur received his Master of International Affairs degree from Columbia University, School of International and Public Affairs, holds a Bachelors Degree from American University and served abroad as a U.S. Fulbright Scholar. Arthur serves on the PUMP Board of Directors and has volunteered for the Women’s Center & Shelter of Greater Pittsburgh, PPG Zoo & Aquarium, and the United Way.
