Natty Good (she/her) is a Program Manager at the Ford Institute for Human Security, where she leads event coordination, research support, and strategic initiatives related to global human security issues. She earned her Master of Public and International Affairs from the University of Pittsburgh’s Graduate School of Public and International Affairs (GSPIA) in April 2024, with a concentration in Human Security and a minor in Public Policy Analysis.

Her research specializes in advancing gender equality, expanding education access, and protecting the rights of women and children—particularly in under-resourced and marginalized communities across the Asia-Pacific region and the United States. She has led and contributed to projects exploring care work policy, public administration reform, and food insecurity, always with a focus on structural barriers and social justice.
