Dr. Karen Hall is a native of Pittsburgh. Professionally, she is an Assistant Executive Director for Ozanam, Inc. and an Adjunct Professor at Point Park University. Color Analyst for ESPN3 & Triblive High School Sports Network, and she has an extensive background in coaching and operations within collegiate athletics.

As a published author of Ten Tremendous Leadership Lessons: A Guide to Guide to Leadership Learning, Dr. Hall directs her Leadership Training Services Consulting and Executive Coaching business. She serves as emcee for special events.

She is a member of the Western Pennsylvania Interscholastic Athletic League Equity Advisory Council. Co-Chair Commissioner of the Equal Opportunity Review Commission. The organizer and host of the City of Pittsburgh Celebrates Title IX in 2022, 2023, and 2024. She is a Point Park University 2024 Distinguished Alumni Awardee. Leadership Pittsburgh, 2024, Cohort 40 graduate. Her extraordinary basketball abilities earned her six different Basketball Hall of Fame Inductions.

Her bachelor’s degree is from the University of Nevada Las Vegas, where she played collegiate basketball. Her master’s degree is from Geneva College, and her Doctorate is from Point Park University.
