
Megan Gilson is the client and community relations director for PNC Bank in Pittsburgh and Southwestern Pa. In this role, she leads efforts to carry out local engagement initiatives on behalf of the bank that drive business and move the community forward.
Megan oversees a team dedicated to regional sponsorships, philanthropy, and employee engagement including recognition, volunteerism and diversity & inclusion, internal and external events, and community affairs. In 2023, she was named to the Pittsburgh Business Times’ list of 20 People to Know in Banking.
Previously, Megan has held positions within PNC’s Corporate Communications and Women’s Business Development teams.
Before joining PNC in 2012, Megan spent 16 years in the meeting planning and hospitality industry, managing corporate travel programs and events across the globe. Highlights include managing hospitality for Nike at the 2004 Summer Olympic Games in Athens, Greece and being named “2005 Planner of the Year” by the Pittsburgh Chapter of Meeting Professionals International.
Megan is currently on the board of directors for the Women and Girls Foundation of Southwestern PA, involved with the Southwestern PA United Way Women United and supports various non-profits in her community. She’s a runner, soccer mom, music lover and a certified yoga instructor and lives in Mt. Lebanon with her husband and 13-year-old son.
