Rylee Napolitan (she/they) is a graduate of Chatham University, where she graduated with a dual degree in English and Communications: Public Relations. Rylee is a program coordinator for GirlGov, with interests in social justice, politics, and law. She is interested in helping other young people find their voices and get involved within their communities to bring about positive change, and speak out against injustice and inequality. As a queer person, Rylee is concerned with advocating for LGBTQ+ rights, and providing support and resources to others within the community. Having grown up in a rural part of Northwestern Pennsylvania, she also likes to advocate for providing more support to rural communities by focusing on issues like: the discrepancies in the education system, classism against those in rural communities, and lack of government funding and resources in rural areas within the state. Outside of their professional life, Rylee is an avid reader, music enthusiast, and a devoted cat mom.
