Shanena Lewis (she/her) is a seasoned professional with over a decade of experience in case management, community outreach, and program coordination. Her expertise lies in managing high caseloads while ensuring the delivery of quality care and support. Her passion for improving the lives of individuals and communities has always been a driving force in her work. 

Shanena holds a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from Geneva Christian College and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice with a concentration in forensics from Point Park University. She also has a minor in Seminary and Human Services. In 2023, Shanena earned a certification in Grant Writing.

She is thrilled to announce that she has taken on the role of Program Director at the Women and Girls Foundation. Shanena is excited to leverage her expertise in resource allocation, team management, and strategic planning to make a positive impact and drive meaningful change in this role. Teaching advocacy and intersectionality brings Shanena immense joy, and she is eager to bring this passion to the GirlGov program. She is looking forward to this new chapter in my career and the opportunity to further empower women and girls through education and advocacy.
