The ACLU just released a study of Pennsylvania’s jail healthcare policies, and found that county-run lockups are not meeting the reproductive needs of women. Carol Petraitis, Director of the Clara Bell Duvall Reproductive Freedom Project talked about that report and what needs to be addressed.
